7:00pm

Join Chippewa Garden Club members at their Tuesday, April 23, meeting at 7 p.m. in the Brecksville Human Services Building, 2 Community Dr. Kathy Habib, one of the club’s Master Gardeners, will speak. She has updated and revised her presentation on plant types. Come see what she’s done. Has she added one of your favorites?

The club is getting ready for its flower show July 13-14, celebrating the club’s 70th anniversary. Chippewa Garden Club is a member of Garden Club of Ohio and the National Garden Clubs Inc.

The rewards of joining a garden club go far beyond the pleasures of growing things. Becoming a member is simple and inexpensive, yet membership opens the door for you to explore a range of common interests with people. Grow your knowledge, garden for a purpose, participate in learning programs, promote environmental causes, grow your own edibles, enhance your garden’s sustainability, nurture your inner artist with floral design study and flower shows, learn from those with experience and pass it on to new generations, share your love of gardening and have fun.

Guests are always welcome. We welcome your expertise. Contact Noreen at 440-838-1186 or msnoreen@att.net for more information. Visit chippewagardenclub.com, and on the welcome page, download the 2019 membership form, which lists the year’s events.
