Carter Lloyd, a graduate of Brecksville-Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, is one of nine Baldwin Wallace University men’s wrestlers to be named to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference Team.

Lloyd, who garners his first career honor, was named to the first team. This season, he has a record of 29-6 with a career-best in pins with seven, major decisions with four and technical falls with three. Llyod was a three-time invitational champion and was the OAC Men’s Wrestler the week of Feb. 12. For his career, Lloyd is tied for 47th on the all-time wins list with a record 67-29. He has recorded 16 pins, seven technical falls and seven major decisions.

Lloyd was also one of eight student-athletes to represent the Ohio Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III Central Region Champion Baldwin Wallace University men’s wrestling team at the NCAA Division III Men’s Wrestling National Championships hosted by the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse March 15 and 16 at the Lacrosse Center.

Zach Neubeck of Brecksville was inducted into the Baldwin Wallace University chapter of Delta Phi Alpha, the National German Honor Society, in the spring 2023 semester. Neubeck, a graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School majoring in multi-age education and German, shared the honor with three other students.
