Blooms-a-plenty for Hudson Garden Club’s 75th Tour

Colorful birds aren’t the only beauties dressing up the greens this summer.

In honor of the Hudson Home & Garden Tour’s 75th running, the Hudson Garden Club and helpers are planting “flower flashes” throughout town, beginning later this month. The tour itself takes place June 16-17.

While garden club organizers are still a bit hush-hush on each and every location that will get the floral treatment, they did say the clock tower will be “blooming” and “a very special guest” will come out of hibernation to help adorn Hudson’s iconic landmark.

“And a flower bedecked car will grace the Memorial Day Parade,” according to HGC’s Lori Deuberry.

Hudson Home & Garden Tour tickets are $35 in advance and $45 day of tour). Visit hudsongardenclub.org to purchase tickets and for helpful tour information. ∞
