Exhibit opening: “Art For, Of, and About The Garden,” opens with a reception June 5, 5-7 p.m. Exhibit runs from June 5-July 3. Artists are invited to submit garden-related artwork in any medium by June 3. $20 entry fee for up to three pieces, an additional three for $20 more.

People portraits with Camille: June 9, 5:30-7 p.m. Learn the tricks of the trade to getting the likeness of the people portrayed in a drawing. $30 per class.

Make a fused glass yard bird: June 4, 1-2:30 p.m. Learn how to make a fused glass piece. Instruction will touch on glass cutting, compatibility of glasses and the firing process. $35 class fee plus $15 materials fee. Participants may bring personal goggles, jewelry pliers, and/or a favorite glasscutter.

Watercolor birds workshop: June 3, 10 a.m.-noon. Paint a 5-by-7-inch picture of a vireo; taught by John Bocchieri. Ages 12 and up. Limited to 8 students, $45 fee. ∞
