Yoga and Hike for Research

Yoga for all levels followed by an historic hike and a food-truck lunch, will be held at Richfield Heritage Preserve on Sunday, May 22. The proceeds from the event will benefit the Research Institute for Children’s Health at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. The cost for the Ayurveda-inspired yoga practice is $50; the cost including the historic hike is $70. All participants will receive a drink and lunch from Wrap it Up Food Truck. Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, will lead the yoga from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. The optional hike will be led from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The food truck will serve from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The event will be held regardless of the weather and is limited to 70 guests for yoga and 15 for hiking.
