Second Annual Goat Derby

Richfield Heritage Preserve will host its 2nd Annual Goat Derby on Saturday, May 4, 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. It will offer food trucks, beverage stations, special raffles and the opportunity to wager on goats. Wear your best Derby attire and compete for “best costume” prizes. New this year is a craft fair, sponsored by Petros Homes. Come browse and purchase items from local vendors.

On-site parking is available for $10 to the first 200 cars. Free parking with complimentary shuttle service is available at Richfield Woods Park and Village of Richfield Town Hall. Park in the park’s west lot at 4225 Oviatt Rd., and take a free hayride to the event.

This year’s Goat Derby, presented by Broadview Rental and Sequoia Financial Group, is expected to attract over 1,000 visitors. ∞
