Charity golf outing

The Nordonia Schools Foundation is hosting its annual golf outing at Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club in Hudson on Saturday, June 8. The day begins with registration and breakfast at 8 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

The cost is $150 per person and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, beer, greens fees, driving range, cart and skill prizes. There are also cash prizes for first- and second-place golfers and for achieving a hole-in-one.

Proceeds from the event benefit the annual scholarship fund and the teacher mini-grant program to fund small projects in Nordonia schools. ∞
