Great Estates Program

The city of Brecksville is hosting the Great Estates Program, which offers information and assistance to residents who want to transfer property outside of the probate process. This process may help to ensure that your assets are passed directly to your chosen beneficiary. Sponsored by Cuyahoga County, the free program will provide the guidance and documents necessary to tackle real estate, bank accounts, motor vehicles and other personal property.

The program will take place at Brecksville’s Human Services Center, 2 Community Dr., on Wednesday, May1, from 6-8 p.m. Preregistration is not necessary, however, residents who do preregister will have a copy of their deed available at the event.
