City announces summer concert series
The city will hold its summer concert series on Fridays through the end of July at the Town Hall Bandstand on Public Square. All Friday concerts run from 7-9 p.m., while two bonus Wednesday concerts run from 7-8:30 p.m. Accompanying Friday concerts is an evening farmer’s market from 5-8 p.m. on the square.
Attendees must bring their own chair or blanket. In case of inclement weather, concerts will be held at the Independence Civic Center, 6363 Selig Dr. Call 216-524-7373 to confirm or check Facebook.com/IndependenceOHRec.
