Learned Owl Book Shop will host Holly Brians Ragusa on Saturday, May 4, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The Cincinnati-based writer will be signing copies of her memoir “Met the End,” a true-crime survival memoir about the life and death of John Powell, first known victim of American serial killer Donald Harvey, through the eyes of Powell’s daughter. The event takes place at the shop, 204 N.
