Bath Homeowners Association

Join the Bath Homeowners Association for its annual membership meeting on Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. at Bath Church, United Church of Christ, located at 3980 W. Bath Rd.

Speakers include Natalie Schroder, Summit County Soil and Water District outreach coordinator, offering information on $500 county grants to subsidize building your own rain garden; resident James McClellan, who will give information on participating in 2024’s Heritage Barn “barn-mania;” and A.J. Petitti from Petitti Garden Centers, introducing plans for a new retail store in Bath.

Additionally, attendees can get the latest information about the steering committee’s work on the Bath Comprehensive Plan review. Before and after the program, Kaitlyn Pfouts, assistant director of engagement for the Victims Assistance Program, will be available to describe services available to Bath Township residents.

As an added incentive, Petitti Garden Centers will offer a discount coupon to everyone who attends the meeting. Bring friends and neighbors to this year’s information-packed meeting, extend your membership and get a head start on your spring landscaping.

Bath Homeowners Association has an almost 60-year history of community service through its various projects, including a septic clean out program and safety initiatives. It serves a vital role informing residents of matters important to Bath, encouraging communication with township leaders and coordinating with other civic organizations.
