Pet adoption fees waived through February for First Responders

The Humane Society of Summit County at 7996 Darrow Rd. in Twinsburg invites all First Responders and their families to take advantage of a special fee-waived adoption promotion through Feb. 29. These fee-waived adoptions are underwritten through a generous donor and animal lover.

All active or retired firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics and EMTs, or other individuals (volunteer or paid) who respond to emergencies and are looking to adopt a pet in February, are invited to view adoptable animals at summithumane.org/adopt.

Interested adopters should call HSSC’s adoption counselors at 234-212-9843 to start the adoption process over the phone and schedule an appointment. All HSSC animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on routine vaccinations. Adoptions are subject to application approval. ∞
