About Town by Jennifer Johnson

Congratulations go out to Rose Psota, owner of Babes & Tots Home Child Care on Stony Hill Road, on her retirement at the end of July. Psota has provided quality childcare for more than 32 years to many families in the Hinckley community, as well as surrounding areas.

She has been a resident of Hinckley since 1995 and is the mother of two Highland graduates, one in the class of 2014 and the other in the class of 2018.

The third-annual Hinckley Holiday Market is now accepting vendors for the Nov. 18 craft show, which raises funds for the police and fire associations. Those interested, are asked to register by contacting Nikki Long at ntlnupp@gmail.com.

Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, Aug. 19. That’s the night the Hinckley Police Association will once again sponsor movie night at Brongers Park.

The entire community is invited and “The Greatest Showman” will begin at dusk, with popcorn and water provided courtesy of the Hinckley Police Association. See you there! ∞
