League of Service dish up ice cream, fun on June 16

The Ice Cream Social is a Hudson tradition that will return this year on Friday, June 16, from 5:30-8:00 p.m., on the Clock Tower and Gazebo greens. Tickets can be purchased at the Learned Owl and Destination Hudson, located in the visitor’s center on the first floor of Town Hall.

The annual Hudson block party is fun for all ages. Enjoy hot dogs, ice cream and pie while listening to the musical performers. Participate in corn hole, soccer, Hudson mini golf and facepainting. Check out the Fire Museum, safety house, fire and EMS vehicles. Meet members from local organizations providing fun, including the Hudson Library and Historical Society, Hudson Community Chorus, Newcomer’s Club, Scouts and Leadership Hudson Alumni.

The HLFS participates in community services all year. It welcomes new members who would like to be a part of this special organization. Visit hudsonleagueforservice.org for more information. ∞
