March 18 – Cabin Fever Tour

The Richfield Historical Society is holding its annual Cabin Fever Tour on Saturday, March 18, as a way to support local businesses in the area. Created in 2009, the event showcases local history and entrepreneurship spotlighting art, antiques, cuisine, floral arrangements, gardening, gift items, home furnishings and more in Richfield, Hinckley and Peninsula.

Richfield establishments that will welcome guests include Carter Manor with a doll show and sale; Country Maid Ice Cream; Energy Wellness Studio; Ohio Hardwood Furniture; Olesia’s Taverne of Richfield (opens for dinner, reservation required); P.O.C.’s Pierogi Market; Polka Dot Pincushion; Richfield Branch Library with a book sale; Richfield Heritage Preserve, open for hiking from dawn to dusk; Richfield Historical Society; Somerville Antiques; Stitches & Stowaways; Stone & Sage and Stone Garden Farm.

In Peninsula, the Cuyahoga Valley Historical society, Peninsula Library & Historical Society, Century Cycles, Peninsula Art Academy, Peninsula Village Antiques, Purplebrown Farm Store, River Light Gallery and Trail Mix Peninsula will be open.

In Hinckley, Greensmith Garden & Gift Shop, Hinckley Donut Shop, Hinckley Historical Society, Southern Breeze Salon & Boutique and Minnehaha Water will be part of the tour.
