Mask up in county buildings

As of Aug. 1, masks are again required in all Cuyahoga County government buildings, regardless of vaccination status. According to a press release from the county, Cuyahoga County has an average of 228 COVID-19 cases per day, reported as of July 27, which is above the 200-case threshold to be labeled as having a “high” community level of COVID-19. Therefore, the Centers for Disease Control recommends wearing a mask indoors.

Visitors and employees are required to wear face coverings while in county-owned buildings, keep a distance of at least six feet from others, and allow no more than four people in an elevator at a time. ∞
