Hudson prepares for annual Caroling and Lighting of the Greens

Hudson will kick off the holiday season with Caroling on the Green and the downtown lighting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 27, at 5 p.m. at the Gazebo.

Individuals and families who would like to carol through town on a merry stroll to the festivities can meet at the Heinen’s parking lot at 4:30 p.m. Otherwise, meet at the Gazebo at 5 p.m., where singing will be led by Hudson Community Chorus as friends and neighbors count down to the magic of the Greens lighting. Songbooks will be provided.

The Hudson Visitors Center, on the corner of E. Main and Church streets, will be open at 4 p.m. for the unveiling and purchase of the exclusive Hudson 2026 holiday ornament. Stop in to create a handmade lantern to add a festive twinkle to the evening.

Hudson Community Foundation will supply free hot chocolate, and The Rotary Clocktower Club of Hudson and food trucks will offer food available for purchase during the event.
