Hudson High School Choir Cabaret set for Nov. 14
The Hudson High School Choral Program invites the community to its annual Choir Cabaret fundraiser Saturday, Nov. 14, at 5 p.m. in the Hudson Middle School Commons and Auditorium. The event will feature performances by the Men’s and Women’s Choirs, along with the audition-only Bella Voce and Chamber Choir. Individual choir members and small ensembles selected through auditions will also perform.
Proceeds support musical opportunities beyond the classroom, including collaborations with professional artists and performances at major venues. Funds raised through previous Cabarets helped students perform Carmina Burana at Severance Hall last school year and participate in a composer-in-residence experience with Emmy Award-winning and Grammy-nominated composer Jake Runestad.
These experiences help students develop their musical skills and gain experience working with professional artists. The annual fundraiser supports similar opportunities for future choir members.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and are available at hudsonhighchoirs.com.
