Show on the Square raises funds for ONETS, Masonic lodge

More than 140 vehicles, ranging from 1917 to 2021 models, were displayed on Richfield Village Green on July 26 during Show on the Square, a car show cosponsored by the Ohio Neuroendocrine Tumor Society and Richfield Meridian Sun Lodge No. 69.

The show featured vehicles of all makes, models and years, including a number of rare, exotic and high-value automobiles. Organizers estimated that more than 500 people attended the event between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Awards were presented at 3 p.m.

According to Ken Ertel, founder and chairman of ONETS, the show raised several thousand dollars. ONETS and the Masonic lodge shared the proceeds.

“The organizers made effort to represent Richfield well in every aspect and also to take great care in keeping the Village Green clean and pristine before and after the show,” said Ertel.
