Revere community shows support for alumna

The Revere Schools community gathered this May to show support for Revere High alumna Alyssa Bright ’23, who is battling a rare and terminal form of metastatic small cell lung carcinoma.

With a Richfield police escort and local fire departments along the route, Bright and her family traveled through the Revere school campuses, where students and staff offered support at each stop. Students and staff throughout the district created banners, signs and messages of encouragement for Bright and her family. Many students and staff wore pink and butterflies for Bright, also incorporating those colors and symbols on their signs.
