Wild Lights at Akron Zoo

The Akron Zoo’s annual holiday lighting event, Wild Lights, runs Dec. 2-4, 9-11, 16-23 and 26-30 from 5-9 p.m. During the event, the zoo is decorated in more than one million lights, light displays and synchronized light shows. Santa Claus will be on-site in Santa Land through Dec. 23. Other entertainment, such as holiday-themed costume characters and ice carvers, will be available on select nights. Local high school choirs will carol throughout the event on various dates. Tickets purchased online at akronzoo.org/wild-lights are available at a discounted rate. ∞
