Parents’ Night Out

The Highland Foundation will host Parents’ Night Out on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 5-6:30 p.m. before the Highland High School home football game versus Revere.

A VIP tailgate tent will be set-up just outside of North Gateway Tire Field at Highland Stadium. To enter the event, there is a $25 admission or donation of equal value such as gift cards, baskets, or other items to be auctioned at the upcoming Great Gifts Dinner.

Local businesses, The Thirsty Goose and Blue Heron, will provide Highland-inspired mocktails and desserts. One beverage ticket will be provided with additional mocktails available for purchase as well as raffle opportunities to win a Blue Heron Gift Card and Igloo package or a luxurious getaway to The Grand Resort.

Now in its fifth year, October Parents’ Night Out originated as a pre-event to the annual Great Gifts Dinner Benefit to collect donations for baskets that would be assembled and silently auctioned during the dinner. It gives the dinner committee time to build and promote the baskets in advance of the auction. ∞
