Broadview Heights Spotlights Theater presents “Monster in the Closet”
Through October 16
Broadview Heights Spotlights Theater will present Monster in the Closet, by Angela D. Stewart. The Theater-for-Young-Audiences (TYA) Production tells the story of Emily, who has a big problem. Not only is she sent to bed just as she reaches the highest level of her new video game, but there’s a monster in her closet. It’s not just her imagination. Her friend Stephanie saw it, too. Suffering the teasing of her brother and his friends, Emily and Stephanie recruit some of their own friends to help capture the monster.
Show dates are Saturdays and Sundays from Oct. 8-16 (Saturday performances are at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and on Sundays at 2 p.m). All shows will be at the Broadview Heights Spotlights Theater, 9543 Broadview Rd., next to the police station. All tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.broadviewi-heights-spotlights.org.
