Pack 3250 to host flag retirement ceremony

Cub Scout Pack 3520 will host a community flag-retirement ceremony at 4 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 1, at Brongers Park in Hinckley. 

The public is invited to celebrate the nation’s flag and ensure that those flags that are no longer able to be flown because they are frayed, torn or dirty are respectfully and properly disposed.   

Residents who have American flags that needs to be retired are asked to bring them to the drop-box located in the lobby of the Hinckley Police Department so they can be included in the ceremony. If you have any questions, reach out to Pack3520@gmail.com.
