Bath Homeowners’ Association

The Bath Homeowners’ Association will host its annual membership meeting on Thursday, Sept. 14, at 7 p.m. in the Bath Elementary School cafeteria, 1246 N. Cleveland-Massillon Rd.

Speakers include Bath Police Chief Vito Sinopoli, addressing cybercrime and identity theft; James Yskamp, senior attorney at Earthjustice, presenting information about property owners’ rights regarding Bath’s active, abandoned and orphan oil and natural gas wells; and James McClellan, introducing Bath’s new Heritage Barns project.

As an added incentive to attend the annual meeting, the association is offering a BOGO promotion (bring one new member, get a one-year extension on your current membership). Active BHA members will get a year’s extension on their membership if they bring a Bath resident, new to the BHA, who joins the BHA that night. Bring friends and neighbors to this year’s information-packed meeting and extend your membership.

The Bath Homeowners’ Association has more than a 50-year history of community betterment through its various projects including a septic clean out program, safety initiatives and information distribution regarding Bath’s governmental and other civic organizations.
