Trick-or-Trot makes a post-pandemic return

It was a busy month of October for the Kiwanis Club of Brecksville. First, the club prepared for the return of its Trick-or-Trot 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk. It was the first time the event

had been held since before COVID-19. Race swag bags were prepared by club members for all participants and included free coffee samples from Caruso’s Coffee Company. The ninth annual race was held at Blossom Hill on Oct. 22 and welcomed participants of all ages mostly in costume. It was a beautiful fall morning, and much Halloween fun was had by all. The 5K winners and costume contest winners were treated to gift cards to Honey Hut and Creekside Restaurant, among many other prizes.

All who participated in the event were
encouraged to dress in costumes.
