Carnation gram fundraiser raises money for Ukraine

North Royalton High School hosted a carnation gram fundraiser during the month of March.

For $2, students and staff were able to purchase a carnation as well as a paper shamrock on which they could write a message of encouragement for Ukraine.

The window of the main office was covered with shamrocks showing support.

Approximately $2,400 was raised as part of the fundraiser and was donated to the American Red Cross to help Ukrainian refugees. Money from the high school’s Glo-Ro dance also contributed to this cause.
